★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a real good experience while visiting the store. The staff were really friendly. So, I went into put tampered glass on my new bought iPhone & watch from US. Not only this store had Belkin tampered glass for the iPhone, but also for the watch, which was not the case for other stores in Bangalore. Once I reached there Mr. Sikhandar greeted me with a smile and helped me install the tampered glass on both the devices. Moreover, he helped me with the initial setup of the phone and the watch. The whole experience was really plain awesome!! ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium imagine store in UB City. The location is 10/10. The staff is very cordial and responds to all the needs. They have the entire collection with accessories. Whether it’s Apple iPhones, Watch, iPad, EarPods etc .. they have collections all the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The store representatives behavior is below par and trashy. The person who attended my queries was eating some kind of paan (gutka) I could barely stand in front of him for two minutes. To my surprise his knowledge with respect to apple products was so poor att times I had to correct him.
If any personnel associated to imagine is going through this review please make sure this issue is escalated because this is not what apple stands for and this happened in UB city where people of high standards visit the store. Totally unexpected
