Lacked basic politeness
Felt like bhaiya ki dukaan pe kachori lene gaye hain
These lads dont even have the basic tech knowledge and their demo skills were downright ridiculous.
You guys are better off ordering online or watching a video from YouTube

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Lack basic Salesman-ship... Apple is a big brand name and these apple authorised sellers are actually lacking basic etiquettes, you actually have to ask them like 10 times for the same thing.
Even a MI store will entertain you way better and help you on the queries...
Need to Improve the Salesmanship....

Highly Disappointing behaviour and service.
They just do not want to repair Macbook under warranty. even if they agree that Macbook is faulty, but they say becuase it is under warranty and you are not paying us for repairs, we will not repair it. once this will become out of warranty, bring in & Pay for repairs, we will be happy to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service, intelligent sales advisors! Typical Apple Store experience! I had gone in to buy an iPhone 13 in Pink for someone, and they had it ready for billing in 30 seconds. They explained all the offers and discussed the best way to save most money on the purchase! Transparency in action, offered to setup the phone also. Except for parking space (it’s on a busy street near an intersection), there is nothing that I can complain about.
