★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic laala type store with motu sardarji sitting on the cashier, APPLE where is your standard. Saw him fighting with another customer over his child touching accessories. Staff was cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't reach this store by phone ever and this is not the the 1st time. The call always goes on waiting and then they hang up. No courtesy to even call back. It looks that they deliberately do this. Its disgusting.... if they want to avoid customers and their calls, I think then they better should shut their shop, sit at home & relax.
Last time I wanted to call them up was for enquiring for a super drive, and today it was for enquiring for an iPhone 6. Neither did I ever go to them for super drive neither will I go to them for iPhone 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an out of warranty, iPAD AIR to be replaced, they wanted to charge 24000. For a 2011 macbook air with a minor issue of video, they wanted to charge me Rs 40,000. They charge 1600 bucks just to take a look at the MacBooks out of warranty. Not very good with out of warranty devices. Service and staff are fine but horrendous policies.

The most efficient employee is THE SECURITY GUARD who is handling very single customer alone as a first point of contact (Maintaining Register and uploading customers data using iPad and initiating token number). Other staffs are just YES SIR, NO SIR, SORRY SIR type robots.
FYI: If you have to have go there (considering very limited options), do ensure that you have minimum 60-90 minutes with you. I visited on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and Greedy People. Just in the name of company policy charging heavily on even diagnosing the problem. Submit my Mac book Air as it was unable to boot up. Submission cost me Rs 1600/- . Then got a call from the store that your Logic Board needs to be replaced which cost me Rs 45000/- with exchange. I asked them about price without exchange , they replied Rs 90000/-. Amazing reply by them because entire Mac book Air cost me Rs 57000/- only.
I pledge not to purchase any Apple product again.
