Very unprofessional people. They will make you frustrated with their shabby work then will argue to cover their mistake. Will blame all other parties for delay. Do all repair/correction work in one day then insist for final payment without even give you time for final check. They left electrical work open, damaged wall, laminate with bubbles, broken glass with cello tape, all the carpenter waste

Working with IMAIRA and my designer, was such a fun experience. I have a hard time putting my interior style into words and they took my initial ideas and turned them into a beautiful concept. The process was quick and easy and my designer was open to my collaboration in the process. It’s also gray that you can shop your designer’s suggestions all in one place. I'll definitely recommend IMAIRA to everyone.

I cannot rave enough about Imaira and her team! Her design skills and knowledge are top notch, communication is excellent and the vision she has for any space is in a class all by itself. She came out as a part of her "Walk Through Consultation" offering and did a great job getting inside our head and then making recommendations. She has the ability to listen well and then apply that to design recommendations. You will NOT find anyone better than her!

We are not at all satisfied with the Imaira ppl work, as we have recently got our house rework done through these guys. All was good in first meeting with lots of good promises & nice pics will be shown to you (definitely pics doesnot tell minute detailing of the work) Then be ready to get all the blames from them to hide their any mistakes. They will left & right start blaming for some or the other things even though we paid all committed amount ontime(Prime concern for them) They will insist for stencil painting, as they save money in that by doing it themselves. It definitely looks good & also no problem of doing it by yourself if you are proficient in that. I will share the pictures of how it has been done. Whatever design we decided they asked to change bcoz they were not able to do so & still simpler design done is also not clean. Funniest part they never admitted they themselves doing it, even though we came to know about it. Such an irresponsible replies when we asked to put back 2 curtain holders(only 2 nails drilling) which they removed for painting and yes they have not fixed it finally. According to them, owner have responsibility to remove & get it fixed again. Even though they charge huge amount for painting. Since it was refurbish work at our house, lot of existing things were damaged(Gas pipe, chimney pipe, electrical fittings) & they were not at all bothered about it (As it is owners responsibility again) Now comes to the woodwork - Internal designs of cupboard was not shared with us, only kitchen outer look design had been shared & final outcome is not the same. Yes lamination choice is ours but few of the things which was told verbally, final output is different. (Yes it was our mistake, we should have agreed with written note of that.) Our standard LG microwave oven was not fitting in the microwave box given on the kitchen. They corrected it with some additional patch-up work.This is the experience level they have for the woodwork. There are lot of gaps in many kitchen boxes. Once they had given contract to some carpenter, never bothered to come & check the work or discuss with us for any requirement/suggestion. Carpenter is not listening to us as he is paid through them for specific work, So you are the one who will be frustrated seeing the shabby work getting done & not according to you with your hard earned money. We are promised to give water & termite proof ply, but within one month only, kitchen sink has leakage to below ply & it got bubbles. Thats talks about the quality. Will share the pics, how kitchen woodwork is finally finished. Final quotation was higher than whatever quoted without providing many of things mentioned in that. Before final payment, language used from them like what category of person we fall into. Initial promise of complementary thing was charged at the end. Suddenly to take final payment, lots of pending work is done in a single day with hurried & hotchpotch manner. The only good part is false ceiling, that guy has done nice job. Still lots to say but pictures will tell the rest. This feedback is given so at least they learn from it & try to correct their way of working & interaction with clients in future.
