This is an unbiased review of the shop and nowhere it is my intention to hurt the sentiments.
I purchased a Schnell bycycle back in October 2020, shopping exprience was good and quickly cycle was delivered,
But the problem started after 2 weeks when spokes started to break from the rear tyres, I even complained at the Schnell consumer support, they said to get the cycle inspected at the shop again,
It was given for servicing 2-3 times everytime only spokes were changed and a fee of 250 was charged after this, again I faced the same issue and took it to another shop they told me that the place where the spokes are inserted is not good and there are wear and tears around it due to which it was coming out and then I have to pay 900 extra for fixing it.
This is not done Sir, your shop is one of the oldest shops in Jabalpur and you provide great bikes but such poor pre delivery inspection is ruining all my experience with your shop.
In all I ended up paying extra for something which could have been fixed in the first place but it was not.
I hope you understand my perspective on the same and improve few things in your end too.
