★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked tempo traveller ,brook down while returning from nanitala driver behaved very rudely and were left stranded in the middle of the road with my family when discussed the situation with the owner even he was rude. Very disappointed with the service and while booking his tampo he showed the new tampo traveller and at the day of leaving he sent us the old one and we booked two travelers and at the last moment he changed one tampo traveller with a mini bus.
Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever tour experience was with this inexperienced tours.
Driver mr kanhiya and anil i never met with this kind of person in this hospitality industry. Totally rude, don’t know how to speak, very rash driving, unethical. Our route was Delhi- bhimtal-Delhi. We book two tempo traveller instead of tempo traveller he send mini bus which totally uncomfortable and unsound mind driver and second tempô is ok but tempo puncher at 1am at night driver said i m done, my whole family is helpless. They expend 6hour tour to 14 tour horrible.. Took wrong route inspite when we said with the help of google maps you’re going in wrong direction. We had to travel 100kms extra, Such a waste of time.
Owner who very rude and take 80% advance before start trip. Mr vikram owner. He is only talk about money and money. Send balance send balance that's it in whole tour.
Please change your name to inexperienced tours atleast we won’t keep that expectation.
Won’t even give one star but just for the vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I communicated over the phone & email to book an AC tempo traveller for Tour and asked them to pick us directly from the Airport.
The vehicle came on time and the driver (Mr. Hitender) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Agra Jaipur and Udaipur Route and location. We had a very comfortable drive and good time.
So giving a rating of 5. One way it was good, as we could spent more time watching the natural beauty during the drive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Raj from Delhi. We Booked a Tour for 12 Person on 30th December 2020 with Immense Holiday Travels. Driver Reached around half n hour. He said he was sticking in Traffic. But after that he made us happy. He was very kind and helpful. He showed us all the Tourist Places in Manali. Really Satisfied with Tempo Traveller Bus and Driver Service.
I can suggest to everyone about this Travels.

We Hired Tempo Traveller Minibus from Delhi to Dharamshala Dalhousie..Driver was very Good..he Provided his Best Service to Show all tourist Places in Local n nearby...we Are Happy with Service n Minibus we have hired for 16 seater Tempo Traveller.
