★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got about this consultancy through friend and as per his review I asked for Surya as he was helpful and knowledgeable.
As cananada process changes manny time so was not aware what to proceed as there are many illegal agent's for candaa.
Surya and a councillor lady I forgot the name guided perfectly on various process for abroad not only for cananada.
My review is that go with yaxis, yes they are little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am consulting y-axis for PR immigration and want to share my personal experience with others.
I am from Pune. I had a discussion with the Pune branch point of contact 'Ninad/Priyanka'. The problem started after I released the payment. In the initial discussion everything was good. I used to get calls from the Y-axis team on a regular basis and they were addressing all my concerns on the same day.Common issues: You will be asked to connect with different teams which will be seriously pathetic. This is somewhat manageable. You cannot connect them since you do not have their direct contact number and if you call on the support number you will spend minimum 3 min in IVR and most of the time your agent won't be available in nutshell it won't be possible to reach any agent over the phone until they wish to talk to you. Only option left with you is email and believe me for every minor issue you will end up with a minimum of 10 to 15 emails for yaxis employee this is their work but for you wont be following up on email every hour you can consider you will need a minimum 2 days to resolve my minor issues. If it's a major problem it will take a minimum 5 days to address.Although yaxis claim they are best in the market and every employee is an expert in the role. But they are newbie. They do not have the knowledge to file diploma transcripts online. They do not have any idea about the aaplesarkar website and process. I guided them for the same. I spoke to Pavani/Srinivas/ Mahesh. All these guys will just read a book and they will explain to you over the call that's their work done and this call will be a single time call and rest you have to struggle and find your path. You will be told they will guide you for a transcript but believe me they do nothing. It waste of money. Most of the time they say they will call at x time but they will call when they are free. They work like an SBI employee. No one takes the responsibility, no follow up with the client.
Sales guys say we are doing best in the market just to try to get a clarity on how much is the enrolment count and what's the success rate of every year.
In my case they are charging Rs 112000 and many other consultants charge just Rs 55000 to 60000 max for the same sets of work. Yaxis is double in fees and in my experience they are the worst. Think before you start with yaxis.

Mr.Suryaketu Solanki helped a lot in guiding me through the process, later after paying i was disappointed by the admission process department, there are no proper follow ups, no updates, I have to call and ask for updates and what to do next.
Regarding the fees, the service what i am getting for what i have paid is not at all worth it.
The 2 stars is only for Mr.Suryaketu, and for IELTS coaching given by Paromita ma'am, she is an amazing teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have given negative rating if available. This firm is a huge cheater. They do huge promises until you pay them hefty amount. Once you pay they dont even bother to help you. In my case we paid around 95k to these guys and then one day their consultant came and said ask you company HR AND MANAGER to give you a job offer for Canada so that we can process your application. Since last one year we are getting call every 15 -20 days as a formality where they ask have you tried somewhere or have you got any offer. They just say sorry but rules changed,no open position bla bla bla and so we cannot help and we can wait and hipe for best like seriously. Not a single option or alternative was suggested by them. If we have to do everything by ourself then why we even need to hire such so called professionals. Worst agency. Please dont trust them whatever they say. They just charge you for filling forms by copy-pasting info that was provided by you and charging hefty amount for this work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no negative rating or I would have given -5*, I subscribed to Y-Axis in 2019 lockdown time, Ketan Deshpande kept calling messaging me promising for getting atleast 8-10 interview calls, he is marketing person probably, I didn't get a single call from him after payment. Even any call from Dubai, they just pretend to be placing you abroad by getting interview call but it is not what they do, they just don't know anything about abroad job business, they didn't even refund money when I asked, I lost 37K for nothing but a CV which was useless. Don't waste your money by looking at positive feedback online, I literally get no value out of it.
