The experience is not upto the mark.. not an ideal shop to look out for... you would find even better options at other places... i would recommend, prefer another store rather visiting here and wasting time and efforts... The service is really below the mark...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner Mr. Shaibaz or Shaivaz (don't know the exact name) doesn't have a sense to talk to the customer. At the time of buying multiple promises will be made to you. But once you are done buying the cycle and if any issue occurs then the service offered to you is worst.
Checks before you buy the cycle from this shop:
1. Tube/Tyre
2. Disc break pads
3. Gears
Our cycle is just 3 months old now and both the tubes got damaged. I have got that checked from two local shops and based on their experience and feedback that I've received was entire tubes were faulty. So I am assuming that I have not got the fresh and new parts.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM "IMPERIAL CYCLE CENTER"
WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Kashif was very helpful, and guided me to choose accessories for my bike which wasn't even bought from him.
He also gave me a lot of suggestions for a bike I intend to purchase in the future.
Their service station seemed to be full of bikes, so it seems like they do a good job there as well!
