Good service with Good location.. Overall excellent experience.

A wonderful and beautiful banquet hall. The three star rating is because of extremely unclean ladies toilet and the locked gents toilet. The ambience and decor was excellent. The food delicious and mouth watering. The best were the men behind the food counters and waiters. Very polite, humble and courteous. Even at late hours, when the counters had closed, they reopened their wares to serve the guest. My thanks to them.

Nice garde to organize some function. All facilities can be arranged accordingly.

It's just huge..and just presentation is good.. room provided to groom was missing with basic water facility. Only property was lavishly decorated but not recommended. Since basic things were ignored.

Good resort ,near from NH09, previously NH w24 , opposite to Govind Puram near shiwalik hospital,. Security is high and within your budget to please your family ,friends, and officials with A class facility by the farm house.

If u want to ruin your big day then only choose this place for marriage. It is the worst place with most arrogant and misbehaving staff. Actually this place is managed by a pathetic bunch of goons. My sister's wedding was in summer. We booked this place 4 months prior to the wedding. We gave the full amount 2 days before the wedding. When we arrived at the venue the Airconditioner s were not working in the rooms where bride and groom were supposed to get ready. After that in main hall also only few air conditioners were working. There was no proper lighting on stage as well. The hall was full of mosquitoes and houseflies. Suddenly at 12 pm midnight they switched off all the Airconditioners. It was peak of summer and gusests started asking about Airconditioners. Earlier the manager said that they are working on the generators. After 1 hour around 1 pm, when we again asked about the cooling , one short hieghted illiterate, arrogant man came inside the hall and said in hindi AC to ni chalega jo karna hai karlo. Hum 12 baje ke baad AC nahi chalate hain. Tum log 2 baje tak photo hi khinchaate rahoge aur mai dekhhta rahunga. Maalik hu tum sab ko baahar khada karke taala laga dunga fir krte rehna shadi. My father and the whole family was embarrassed in front of the grooms family. We argued a lot as the banquet hall cannot decide at what time we will have pheras and vidai. Then the manager named Rahul came and like a goon he said to my father nothing can be done, khaana khao aur phere karwao. Then they denied to give plates to the grooms family and said plates khatam ho gae hain. No body had food after that. When we went for phera ceremony only 2 coolers were provided for so many people with no fans at all. All the tiles were broken over the mandap area and the place was untidy with litter. Everybody was sweating and bitten by the mosquitoes. Suddenly the electric supply was cut and they said we are working on it. During whole pheras only available 2 coolers were not working with the provision of dim light. No coffee was served at all. Water was given after requesting several times. Only workers were available at that time, no one from the manager side was available. It was an awful day. My family and relatives suffered a lot even after paying the whole amount prior. We were insulted by Rahul and that short man who was calling himself the owner of the garden but later we came to know that he was also a manager and the owner is some one else. Dogs were roaming around everywhere. The worst part was that they allowed outsiders to come and ask monry from the grooms family without any of ours permission. Kindly do not book this place as you will waste your hard earned money and you will insulted like a beggar in front of your relatives and friends. It was the worst experience ever in our life.

Nice experience to come here very good in decoration and lighting effects, Banquet hall are big and decorated with different types of lightning and very precious quality items. But some areas still required more noticeable toilets are not cleaned as much as possible and service staff are not as much good and not humble . This garden is near to shivalik hospital ghaziabad thankyou.

The Majestic New Ac Banquet hall by Imperial Gardens is excellent and food quality is top notchand also very spacious. It also houses Ghaziabads one of the biggest chandalier in banquet halls
