We have bought some tiles..low quality.. defected tiles were found in each and every box..
The owner of the shop doesn't know how to speak and treat with their customers.

Bought 3 types of tiles for my kitchen and 3 boxes of tiles were broken. 1 packet was so old and chipped off that the cardboarfs imprints were transferred on the tile. They just mixed the faulty boxes and gave. On complaining they claim that my labour who must be working on commission must have chipped and broken my tiles.
Pathetic experience and extremely unfriendly behavior.
I strongly un-recommend these people. Buyers will find more options at better prices elsewhere.
