★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highest high rise building in the area 11 floor excellent views can see all the costliest property around science city around facility are bare minimum community hall gym parking and open area with a neglected pond and no trees at all but that is compensated by Gobra kabarstan.security is single person service.

Though empty flats are not available and it is located near park circus railway station so any service like ola and Uber is easily available.

Their committee is onerously obsessed with maintenance of the complex. Security is tight with several guards patrolling at all times of the day. Area is fenced off and guarded at all times of the day by vaudevillian veterans.
