★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my sister's engagement there. Staff was polite but they did so only because they wanted tip. They asked for it like more than 5 times. Each of them asked separately. The bedsheets had blood stains. Bathrooms were not cleaned and yet they had the sanitized tag on them. Food was stale. Other people staying there also complained about it but the management didn't accept it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter turn 1st I'm little bit confused what banquet choose for.. but thanks to impression banquet hall to arrange my daughter's birthday more beautiful... owner is very good and cooperative..and all the staff like manager.. supervisor they all are like familer...I give 5 star to this hotel don't go anywhere..or choos any hotel only choose impression..they gives you all the things you want.. thank you impression for creating my daughter's birthday so memorable ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We planned a wedding ceremony of my brother in law. The staffs were so careless and arrogant. After barat reached the place we asked for drinks, but denied at 8PM. The day was very hot and we badly needed it.
They started arguing with my husband very rudely. They denied food after 10:30PM for couple of family members who were looking after the other guest. Felt cheated. They ruined the entire event.
I strongly recommend not to go for it if you are planning for an event here.
I just now realized that all the good ratings are given by their staffs themselves to cheat people. You can imagine how cunning they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the ambiance. The food was quite good. Rooms were pretty hygienic and the most amazing part was the staff behaviour. They were well dressed and we'll mannered. Very polite in nature. Loved it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big space. Wonderful management. Centralized AC and good polite cooperative staff. It's a combination of Open space and indoor banquet. Although they do not have their in house catering, their catering partner is good. The tomato soup was disappointing and so was the jalebi due to cold but rest of the food items were better than the average food taste in Patna.
