β β β β β We had been to Tora Resorts at Bali island, Sundarban from the 8th March to the 10th March, 2020. Eight of us went there and occupied 4 no Mud Houses. They were to take us around Sundarban for two days. The hospitality of Tora Resorts started immediately after we reached Gothkhali. Their Manager of the Results, a handsome, smart, ever smiling young gentleman, Sri Mithun Malik was there to receive us with two porters. They carried our luggage to the launch,. while Mithun offered us the welcome. drink, the Daber Jal. Then we stepped into our very clean and tidy launch, MV Ma Vinata. While we travelled through Gundi River for nearly an hour to reach Bali, Mithun explained to us details about Sundarban. As we reached our Resorts, surprises waited for us. The compound is absolutely neat and clean, full of seasonal flowers. From the outside, cottages look like real mud houses, but as we entered we found all amenities have been provided. Well decorated with eye catching furnitures, one gets running hot and cold water, air conditioners, big sized toilet.
After having a sumptuous lunch we went out for our frst day at out at Sundarban. The second day also, the entire day we spent on the launch. The lunch, cooked in the launch itself, was of highest quality. All the staf members of the launch were trying their best to show us some wild life. And we could see crocodiles, dears, wild bore and varieties of birds.
The next day, after having a round of Bali village, we had to leave. We were overwhelmed by the tour was organised, the Resort, the quantity and quality of food and most importantly the behavior of all the staff members. From early morning to late night they always attended to our various request with a smile on their face.
We shall never forget these three days of our life.

β β β β β We had M/s ITS plan and coordinate our holidays for seven days to Sikkim and Darjeeling. The experience was a delight throughout. Their suggested itinerary, selection of drivers and Hotels was spot on . Their team led by Mr. Pinaki were very approachable, co- operative and went to great way to make our summer break of 2019 a thoroughly memorable one.

β β β β β The tour operator was amazing .... We have so many places to travel which were inter state and long journey , the drivers they sent out were always on time and polite and safe . Thnx to them we were able to see all the places without any issues

β β β β β I have enjoyed family tour 6 November 2021 to 13 November 2021 during the period well and good trained vehicle drivers, and hotels of Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling, Darjeeling, overall good arrangments except only Pelling hotel, but we r enjoyed full holiday thanks to all team with us.

β β β β β Accomodation at Upper sittong & Takdah was good, but at Darjeeling it was not as expected, for three adults one small dbr room was provided and one extra mattress. There was no place to move since one big piller was there in the middle. Overall the trip was good, vehicle provided was good, place was too good.
