★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything seems good at first and the people are great there ..but let me tell you the whole story...well i got to know about IMSPEOPLE through my friend..i got interviewed and joined with a batch of more than 15 people IMSPEOPLE, Jaipur branch... they told us about IMSPEOPLE and all ...it seems quite a good offer but after training just for 4-5 days instead of 15 days training they sent us for working..and after that we got to know the fact that they are making everyone do overtime for many hours... it was supposed to be a 9 hour job but this branch of Jaipur was making people work for 11-12 hours without paying for overtime and worst part of it is that they are now paying very little amount to freshers and making them work the same amount as seniors with high salary.. literally most of the people who join this company left within days or a month.. in my batch of 15+ people only 1 person is still working there .. when i was there i heard it was because of this branch was a mess few months back then the headquarters appointed a head here who is very strict resulting in this overtime and all the negative pressure.. otherwise its a great organisation to work and its also true that i enjoyed my time there with such great collegues and our team its just only if not for that overtime and submission pressure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Jaipur-There is not employee care department, and each and every mnc company now is available employee care department. Because Where there is an employee care department, there is also employee satisfaction so that the employee can remain stability in the company. And behavior issue or other issue who is related of employee , ec does resolve the issue quickly.

This company don't care there employees who are working from the starting of this company then how you can expect that this company cares and value to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very disappointing for me to write this review for a organization where I have given my 1 year and 6 months but this organisation just and only want to save money and highly focused on cost-cutting. I never felt that this company is an #employee-centric. I was always mentally #harassed & discriminated in the organization and never valued as an employee. They asked employees to do 10 hrs of shift daily, which extends extra for 30-50 mins on the name of cab waiting to arrive in the premise by the time everybody has to & have to work. They don't have a good facility at anything.
As the country is fighting with #coivd19 and in this situation.
My manager asked me to report office during lockdown and never thought about my #safety and #health as we know any kind of transportation is not allowed and my office is 20kms from office. They did my relieving in lockdown, not sure how they could do this without sending any communication to me on-date and I have not signed any document as of regarding exit formality or relieving. And informing me about my relieving after 3 days where they itself processed it at there end. Whereas, I requested them to extend my relieving and allow me to work in the company during the lockdown. They didn't made it so they could save money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been working for IMS People Jaipur for just over a month now and I can genuinely say that the reasons why I decided to join in the first place actually hold up when working here. There are a lot more than three reasons as to why IMS People Jaipur is a great place to start your career, I’m trying to be concise by keeping it to three!
1.The People
People are very approachable here, everyone from Juniors level to Senior VP, are approachable and there to help. Especially the Ops Managers are being very helpful and caring.
2.Fast Paced Environment
From day one on a company you are interacting with different people and expected to put your best foot forward always. Personally, I thrive in working in a fast-paced environment, working closely with clients and colleagues allow you to develop and grow professionally in this type of work environment.
3.Learning
After spending a month it’s important to continue learning throughout your career. Working for IMS People allows you to continue to grow and learn as you are exposed to new training and development on an on-going basis. Working for IMS People can be challenging at times but the skills you develop are second to none and essential to professional development.
