β β β β β They didn't deserved a single star. There is too much pressure and the way they talk is make you feel like you are a slave in just 23k - haha..
And the biggest thing is they don't have DICE ok so if you are thinking to join as an IT recruiter then please dont join, because they only need submissions no matter from where you find. And specially the HR department, OH GOD! haha:-D

β β β β β This is the worst company to work with. They have bunch of LOSERS working at various levels who don't even know how to handle things. During joining they will portray a Dreamland but once in its worst than a nightmare. The only thing you get to hear is "You are always replaceable". I would not recommend anyone to join IMS even if its the last company on earth. And they will "Black List" anyone who doesn't do the "Chaatugiri" with the managers.
And to Mr. Jai Joshi, please share your GPay number I want to pay you for the fuel which got burned when you dropped me at my PG in your tiny little Ferrari. I am happy to leave the company rather than working with a person like you in SPECIFIC.

β β β β β Not sure about the ambience of this new office of IMS, i have joined to them in 2014, i have started my career with them and learn from 0 to whtever i'm now. I loved the work culture and loving environment of the company. Overall i had a great expereince with them. Love the gujrati people and their culture. LOVE FROM UK (Dehradun)
