★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service.. we booked a service request for our Food processor. A technician was assigned and he didn't show up even after contacting 4-5 times. Contacted his supervisor and got confirmation that he will come and yet failed to show up. I used to get call from Customer service asking if service was done and when complained that technician didn't show up even after multiple follow ups they would just say we will follow up and he will come.
We fed up, gave hope and bought new mixer grinder. As this food processor was still under warranty we did not approach local shop.
After almost 2 months, automatically a new service request was raised and finally a technicain showed up who wasn't actually from Inalsa but a different service provider & under contract of Inalsa. Surprisingly, that guy was AC & Water purifier technician and wasn't familiar with food processors. He looked into the issue, called another guy and took guidance on what needs to be done over the phone. Issue was with Overload switch which was replaced and resolved.
₹120 overload switch problem cost us a ₹3500 mixer grinder just due to sheer neglegance and delayed service caused by Inalsa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service & worst appliances. Purchased food processor easy prep thru. Amazon. Seeing the quality I didn't like at all. Asked to refund after taking back the material. They informed there is no refund and has to talk with Inalsa. I was trying to knead the dough. The pinion just broke and came out. Called customer service several times. They will only send you the complaint code and keep quiet. Poor quality, poor service and very worst customer care. They are only sitting to fool customers and earn money. They are only bothered about selling the worst quality to the customer. It feels that they are completely fraud. Please do not buy this product as you will regret later. I will throw these products to dustbin.
