★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Care Service! I am regretting from the day I have bought their Geyser for Washroom, what a sad Product, it stops working every second month, and needs a Technician Visit at least twice/thrice every Winter.
They have changed their Customer Care Numbers but haven't updated it anywhere other than the website! When I finally reached the website, found new numbers, called on each one of them, but the call kept me waiting for over 3 minutes each time and then it got hung up automatically! I have failed to get in touch with any of them! It's so disgusting.
Even before when their Engineers have visited, they have come with a rude and snobby attitude! Strongly recommended NOT to buy any of their products else you would will bang your head and regret!

It was my biggest mistake. It doesn't have any option to submit without adding star else I would have given them ZERO for support.

I have purchased a inalsa chimney (March 2021), in 3 months it started making a lot of noise, no service support provided yet (Aug 2021), even after logging the complaint on customer care number.
