★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management observed here. This should improve for better experience. There is no scheduling for appointments and calling all patients at the same time.
Before sonography receptionist asked to drink water at 11.30 and we waited till 2.30 to get sonography done. This is pathetic management by the persons who managing the reception.
You should have a proper scheduler for all the patients. Start call and SMS service for real time updates.
