Mansarovar tour. Great experience and was a privilege to tour with Mr. Ravi.. Who was on his seven tour with us. After my experience of kailash Mansarovar tour.. I went to Kausoni and Nainital tour arranged by Mr. Ravi... With reasonable package... Four star resort with all meals included... Experienced the great hospitality...

I have not commented anywhere on services provided; I hav given my own personal experience about the owner Ravi attitude ; how can competitor know what ur customer have experienced in such a detail; you urself acknowledged that this is the story of ur customer and u hav written feedback; written feedback from 61 year old who doesn’t want to speak up bad about you ; but since she was my mother I hav given my true experience with you ; learn how to improve ur customer behavior next time by accepting what you did and not getting worried about ur google reviews; ———————- Worst Behavior by Owner Mr Ravi, No Business Etiquette, rude and I was shocked by such a low person; absolutely no manners how to talk to customers specially with senior citizen women; very unprofessional; wish google allows zero stars or in negative ; even I have a business shop in mumbai for 30 years and i was shocked by this Owner Ravi behavior and rude behavior with customer. I had initially booked my mother's (who is senior citizen 61 yrs old) tour for Kailash mansarovar via Kathmandu with SOTC tours then my father was hospitalized and had to cancel my tour with SOTC; they refunded me with full money; then I told my mother its ok to go to Kailash since it was her wish for Lord Shiva and hence she found a local shop "Inaya Journeyz" in kandivali west to book the kailash tour with Mr Ravi from Inaya. That was her biggest mistake to opt for such a low business person Mr Ravi for tour booking. So she paid the agreed amount 1.7 Lacs. which was same quote tht I received from SOTC and other big brand name. Even after paying agree amount, just before 2 days of my flight, my mother did not received the passport back from him and went to ask about her passport but instead he was so rude to a 61 year old senior citizen women by saying dont ask questions and all; really?? this is how you talk to your customers?? I think this guy must have been born and bought up in dharavi or chawl system; very shocking; then wen i went with my mom the next day he disappeared from the shop by saying you wil get passport in china; thn suddenly on last few days ago demanded additional 2400 rs; on agreed price of 1.7 lacs; which is very low amount wen u already paid 1.7 lacs rupees; so i was outside that day and asked him i will pay wen i get home; so just for 2400 rs he did not sent my mother's hotel information on wer she will stay in nepal and flight was next day; just for 2400 rs he thought that I will run away with 2400 rs after paying 1.7 lacs rs in advance initially; very shocking ; never experienced this type of service in my life; i would have cancelled this tour but since my mother wanted to visit os Shiva in kailash; we did not cancelled this tour; otherwise very unprofessional behavior seriously avoid this low level tour company and go for other big brands professional companies else who atlest have basic manners on how to talk to customers ; 0 star for this business owner; i dont even want to comment on his tour arrangements ; which was worst; my mother missed flight to mumbai in return since he was late by a day to bring back to nepal; reason was not climate or flight issues; reason was he did not even get permit for ppl in time; lot of ppl had to wait in hotels for 2 days in simikot; thn i had to pay 40,000 rs one way flight air india to have my mother reach back to mumbai; i m not worries about this money part; but this low level shocking dharavi behaviour by owner Ravi

A great and a very reliable company. Have visited a couple of countries HongKong & Dubai. Their itenary covers all the beautiful places and it’s value for money. Inaya Journeyz is very reasonable and they make sure you have a safe and entralling experience.

I've traveled with multiple tour agencies but never have I had so much fun as With Innaya. The tour managers took personal care, made sure we're comfortable with the bookings and food and are very entertaining. I've traveled twice with them and do not have a single complain

I have come across many travel agencies but this was the very worst experience.. The response of the owner is very pathetic arrogance.. First of all he never pick up the call and when pick up the call only he speaks .,.never allow us to speak a word We had booked a international trip due to covid we were not able to go...so he gave us the credit note for domestic tour now we want to go for domestic tour so they shared the pacakage to me which is 60% higher than other vendor package so we told we don't want to continue and we want refund...so they told me will cut 30% so i asked them for the details of 30% deduction and none of there it is mentioned that they will deduct 30% for refund and they didn't gave description and after that they reduce the percentage of cancellation charges so we agree and told to give our money back.....after that he wanted a mail from us....we gave the mail that whatever is your terms and conditions deduct that amount and refund...but he asked us to give mail according to his format already we have mailed then why they want in the same format etc Last they agreed and told u will get refund with in 2-3 days so 4 days past we need to call again again what about the money they have same reply we will revert back ...at last I got my money on 6th day Everything we can let go but the way owner talk is very pathetic henceforth will never suggest anyone to go with Inaya journeyz
