My wife has been a regular customer here from the very start. Once a month shopping here has been her thing . A genuine mistake happened . She bought some clothes , but one of them fell by mistake in her bag . Unaware of the same . A genuine mistake.
Inspite of apoloigising 100 times with pure heart , the manager misbehaved with her and my mother.
The managers name is Sagar. On hearing this saga i called up the area manager. Initially she said she will handle this, but refused to address the issue later on. Sagar called me and then misbehaved with me over the call.
Genuinely this is very poor customer service and a brand like incense will cease to exist if they cannot address this issue
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

β β β β β I had bought few clothes last week and out of which one was a over coat which was over rated and price is Rs 4000 ..I liked the colour and the quality on my first look but in my single use I realised that I have bought a wrong product ..becoz I could see fluff/lint on it Just on my single use
Really not happy with product at all and never expected this from such a costly item.
Not sure how to get it replaced or exchanged

β β β β β The showroom is well furnished, fully air conditioned and very cooperative staff with customers. All the western outfits for ladies only and you can get good collection from here. Generally, offers and sales are available at the last week of every month and in festival seasons also.
Also you can exchange the outfit within 10 days with bill.
