When I started planning my summer 2020 family vacation to India and Nepal by November 2019, one of my closest friends recommended Incredible Real India Tours and Travels to me. This happened to be an extraordinary piece of advice. I contacted the manager, Raju, and he designed a trip that completely fitted my expectations: Delhi, Mandawa, Jaipur, Agra, Vanarasi, and then crossing the Nepali border to Lumbini, Pokhara and Kathmandu Valley. Raju is an outstanding professional. He made a number of advices to us about the actual route, places to visit, hotels, and was always open to our preferences. Incredible Real India Tours and Travels did a perfect job and, in just a few weeks, we had planned an amazing vacation. The communication was fluent and all emails were answered in about 24 hours at most! But Raju showed to be not only an outstanding professional, but also a very nice person: as the pandemia came, he asked me about our situation in Barcelona. When everything started to go wrong, he was fully open to give us back at zero cost the deposit that we had made to hold the reservation. He wrote to me: ‘Regarding your cancelation, your full amount is refundable from my side, I don’t do business in my clients loss.’ At this time, May 2020, there is too much uncertainty, yet. However, Raju is always making our life easier: whether we prefer to visit India or cancel the trip, he just needs 24 hours to arrange the details. We are absolutely thankful to him! Again, two thumb up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were planning our trip to India since January but unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and the travel ban. In the first moment we though our deposit money would get lost but Raju and the team were absolutely amazing on dealing with our reservation and all the cancellations! They put the customer in the first place and they did everything to accommodate what would be best for us. It was such a shame we were not able to go but when all this is over we will definitely go ahead and visit India using their services!

This was our second trip to India as a family, and our experience was even more amazing than the first! From being picked up at the airport in a nice clean and modern car, to having an incredibly kind and friendly English speaking driver, the list can go on and on! All suggestions Raju and team made were spot on, and made for unforgettable experiences. There were no issues whatsoever during our 2-week trip. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a solo female intrepid traveler, I am always concerned with safety as I visit new countries on my never-ending bucket list. I researched many travel options before I settled on Incredible Real India. The online reviews were very positive, they appealed to my sense of adventure, and partnered with my safety concerns. My personalized schedule as a first-time visitor to India included a five-day tour of the Golden Triangle cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, with Khanu Singh as my driver and different tour guides at the Taj Mahal, Fatephur Sikri, and Jaipur.
My driver met me at the airport at the ungodly hour of 2:00 AM and immediately helped me with my luggage. The car was very clean, and a bottle of water was available by my side. As Singh deftly maneuvered through the chaotic and insistent horn-honking traffic in Delhi he asked the usual questions about my trip and where I lived in the U.S. Within the hour, I was relaxing in the quiet of the comfortable hotel.
Throughout my tour, Khanu was the perfect gentleman, opening the car door for me at all our stops. He was accommodating when I wanted to make an additional stop at Chand Baori to see the famous stepwell. I also appreciated a personal call I received from Raju checking in with me to see if I felt safe during my travels. This was a pleasant surprise and a caring personalized touch, one that certainly sets them apart from other tour companies.
India is a country with a dual personality. On one hand there’s the smog, poverty, traffic, and crush of humanity; on the other there is the exciting draw of history and beautiful art blending with Hinduism. Using a guide in this electrifying country is imperative if you want to use your time effectively. I am delighted with the services provided by Incredible Real India and my stellar driver Khanu Singh who made my trip memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we made the decision to go to India we considered doing it on our own, using public transport, but finally we realized that seeing everything we wanted depending on buses and trains was crazy and also very uncomfortable. Encouraged by the opinions of other users I decided to contact Incredible Real India and it was the best decision we could make.
The comunication with Raju was super professional from the first email. They responded quickly and solved all our doubts, in addition, they helped us to make a perfect planning to see everything we wanted in the time we had. Once in India the feeling still improved even more.
For two weeks we have had the professionalism of our driver, Modaram, who has made us feel super safe in all transfers (driving through India is really complicated). In addition to the driver's work, he has also given us great advice on how to handle ourselves in the places and how to act before the guides (or false guides) that we were in the temples. Always attentive to our needs, those that we moved or those he detected (temperature in the vehicle, if we wanted to stop somewhere, etc.).
New needs arose during the trip (transfers not contemplated after the contracted period) and the company solved them effectively and very generously.
The vehicle was new, a Toyota brand with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, always clean ... A wonder, especially because during the trip we were meeting other travelers who told us their experience with their drivers, and were far from the Great experience we were having. In summary: 1000% recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I promise you will not be disappointed if you book your tour throughout India with Raju and his team. We visited South India, Mumbai and Rajasthan and everything was perfectly organised. Drivers are waiting for you at the airports, they all speak English well and will go above and beyond for you as the client. We stayed at amazing hotels, ate amazing food and saw the real India. We want to come back to this amazing country and will definitely book with Raju again!
