★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get the regulator changed as it was a faulty one. The girl sitting at reception counter said that I have to pay for the New regulator. I called the zonal officer and he gave me another regulator but it wasn't a new one. But as per the policy, a new regulator needs to be provided.
