β β β β β No proper service, i went there for lodging a complaint against Gas leakage at home, reply from the Manger was, we don't have man power so you will have to bring regulator and will check in office. Is this the way of providing service. , Worst service and no consumer attention was given They are taking as Granted and no proper reply to the consumer.

I booked cylinder on last Saturday and whenever I called to support team they keep on asking that it will arrive today or tomorrow. There has been 7 days passed and still delivery is not done and now they are saying that it will arrive on Sunday.
Whenever we said them that it is urgent they asked us to go to the go down, which is around 15 km away and in a remote location to collect the cylinder.

β β β β β sorry friends ther is not any minus star so i give u one star for passing some very important review for your all. Hardik Gas Agency is a leas yest agency in world. Very very poor service provider. Mr. Hardik is owner of the agency he is v.good person but he is use lase person. He have no power for operate his staff properly. No one can receive phone in agency's working staff. Black sale also available. if any one want direct betel without account you may pay money and enjoy. Mr. Hardik never know about this all but his staff operate this mission very smartly. So friends if you want to join hardik gas agency then plese change your mined and go any other agency else enjoy life time trouble.

They are fraud. They delivery person have't wait cut (
ΰͺ΅ΰͺΰͺ¨ ΰͺΰͺΎΰͺΰ«). Bottle having half amount of gas only. So be carefull.

β β β β β One of the worst customer services I have ever come across so far. I trusted Indane better than any other cooking gas but the bottom grade level of Hardik gas agency is ruining the name of Indane. They will hardly pick up the phone call after calling them for multiple times. If by God's grace they pick up the call and customer asks them to book a refill, they will either not record the entry or tbey will deliver the refill cylinder after 10 days. This is my personal experience for multiple times. Also, they charge 20 rupees extra every time apart from the cost while delivering the refill cylinder. Dear Indane, if you read this then please ask them to improve the customer service. Else it wouldnt be Indane Gas Service, rather it will be "Insane" Gas Service.

β β β β β Its the best worst service. Booked cylinder last month. Now more than a month finished. still cylinder not delivered. But message received that your cylinder delivered on May 6. Today May 28 but not delivered. If we call there, they will answer after u call more than 10 times and say that will deliver today or tomorrow.. But dont know how many tomorrows went... But no use. We went directly there. But saying that cylinder not avl. If cylinder not available, then how can they send deliver message??
