★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor, poor, Poor, Very poor service... Their agents are not helpful and they talk nonsense. Also they steal Gas and because of this sometime wasar of cylinder got damaged. Mere sath 3 se 4 bar esa Ho Chuka he last time mere 2, 3 bar kehen par bhi Inka agent cylinder check karne nahi aaya. Customer care walo ne bola ki Abhi aa Raha he but koi nahi aaya. Cylinder se chhed chhad krna band kr deni chahiye. Inke agents ki wajah se kisi ke ghar me aag lag Sakti he. Very poor service. I will not recommend anyone to take service from these kind of persons.

Call when booking my Gas but when I called them a Person I called on Thursday or Friday asked me to come to agency office but when I asked him to add it on phone only as in office then he told me to call after 2 pm. I called him n he again said to call after 10 minutes to add my no.once again n that was the same no.I was talking to him but since then I don’t know what did he do ... I’m calling him in SHAKTI GAS AGENCY Phone No. n getting a voice ... *yah suvidha Iss no. pe uplabdh Nahi hai*
How come it be since then only ...what did he do with my phone no. Or booking no. I can’t book my gas
... I’m very sad ... can’t book my gas ... in this computerised world ... they want me to be present just to add on my no. n now harassed me by doing so as above ☹️?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Poor Services of Shakti Enterprises ,Cylinder delivery person Steal the gas and Sale to Local vendors in our locality on high price Mr. Guddu having godown near by were they steal the gas from filled cylinders. We had complaint so many times to Shakti enterprises but not action taken by them. In last 7 year I found that gas cylinder which are delivered to us was empty 2 too 4 Kilos every time and nonsense only happening. We paying the full amount but getting lesser gas from them its hard earned money . We to go higher body of IOC for Complaint to take necessary action against Shakti Enterprises...
