★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible service after an awesome reception. We were served lamb when ordered for chicken shish. It took 45 mins to sort out billing.

Snacks were a bit average (not all) as i truly had high expectations.
Ambiance was nice and such a good space to host big gatherings
Location is definitely a charm due to its isolation from some of the busy hubs
Staff and servers were very cooperative
Cost is a touch high but it’s alrite once a while :)
Beer - Belgian Wit was EXCELLENT ?
Food - I ordered four snacks and here are my honest reviews (apologies for not remembering the exact name of the dish)
1. Veg seekh kebab - The best snack among all 4. It was full of taste and flavour ?
2. Lotus stem honey coated - most disappointing out of all 4 :( too sweet to go with beer and hard to bite (maybe not the right season for lotus stem)
3. Mushroom garlic toasted with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top - Quiet average. Infact, we had to request them to balance out the salt in it.
4. Chicken in Thai chilli sauce - Average. Chicken was chewy and not very succulent. I would rather go for some tandoori chicken next time. I think that would go so much better with beer.
Will I visit the place again? Hell YES ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. The staff is very nice and polite. The variety of beer available is pretty good. Would highly recommend the IPA. The ciders were very tasty. Food is awesome. The ambience and the music they play are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of IBC situated opposite Trump towers in Kalyani Nagar. There's ample parking and it's a nice place with outdoor as well as indoor seating. I liked their strawberry cider, rice beer, wit & lager. Their chicken pizza is pretty good as well. Overall the food is good but the ribs fell short of my expectations. Wouldn't recommend ribs but do try the pizza , the chicken wings. The dessert was outstanding! Overall highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the mood for some wholesome fun & food ? Look no further than Independence Brewing Company - the latest addition to the pubbing landscape of Kalyani Nagar.
A spacious place, this establishment is divided into 3 sections (2 sections outside and one section inside) and can host both - large and small groups as well as individuals and couples. It's good for hosting Corporate get-together's too.
It's a Beer-lover's paradise with some awesome concoctions available, that are pretty light on the pocket. Their other, "non-beer" drinks...though good...are slightly on the pricier side.
Feel free to ask the Bar Manager , Mr. Akshay to come up with some excellent creations, to suit your palette...he'd never disappoint you :-)
Then you have Bob & Tamal (Bartenders) , along with Sush (Asst. Bartender), who create magical drinks to set your mood and keep you on a high for a long time to come ;-)
Then you have Ms. Nimmi- the Team Lead at the bar , who ensures efficient services so that no one has to wait for their drinks , for more than what is reqd.
Efficient servers like "Ney-mar" also ensure that one wants to keep on visiting this place ,again & again .
Hats off also, to Mr. Kunal - the ever patient & efficient Restaurant Manager, who always knows what his customers... especially the regular patrons, want :-)
The food is mostly continental. Its Value-for-Money and YUM ! ... though, I personally felt that the menu was slightly more biased towards the non-veggies rather than the veggies (and I'm an NV !) ....in terms of variety.
An interesting thing that sets these guys apart from others is the cool "names" of their servers :-) ....they add to the fun element here....apart from occasional dances to famous numbers like the 'Macarena' by the crew of this establishment.... who are joined by enthusiastic guests too ?
Overall, a nice, airy place with good food and drinks ...and a staff that is young, professional, fun-loving and very customer-friendly. Nice place to let your hair down... ESP. with the DJ playing some nice n peppy numbers.... and never too crowded !
Definitely worth-visiting ???
