Absolute zero in after sales.we purchased a lift for around 6-7 lacs 3 years ago and our lift is non operational from last 8 months just because they are least intrested in after sales.
First of all, you will never be able to get in touch with the person you have bought the lift from. Phone number is always being picked by a girl who never asks address , problem in lift and gives assurance that lift will be serviced in 2-3 days...
