★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience.. I bought a Harmonium for 6500 with coupler. They promised me a warranty for 2 years and said that I will not have any problem.. within a month I could see a lot of defects in the harmonium.. when I told him to repair the harmonium, first they denied any defect in the instrument. The keys once pressed didn't come up. He said it's a problem with coupler which is not in warranty.. then again within a month it is not functioning well. And now he says it's a problem with the Reed, which is again not in warranty.
Only the wood of the harmonium is in warranty. Please do not buy any products from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst products and services. Don't ever buy from them. I had bought a guitar worth 4500 and within a week I found there is a problem with the neck and the fret board. When I asked them to change it or get the issue rectified, they took the guitar after 7 more days and kept it for long 15 days. When I got the guitar back the problem was still there and they said if you want to rectify the problem then you will have to pay additional for that. I had lost 4500 bucks and also faced a lot of pain due to travelling almost 50 kms thrice to get the issue resolved but all in vein. I suggest you all not to buy anything from them. They sell cheap products and if you face any problem they will just deny. And yes, they won't recieve your calls as well after sales.
I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a harmonium from the company. So, firstly the company delayed the delayed the order. After struggling for a month I was able to contact the owner and they dispatched the same. But the product recieved is totally different from the picture shown and also there wasn't the bill. It was a fraud from the company's end.
Owner: careless, fraudster, unable to contact...
Kindly don't run your business if can't meet the expectations
