★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: The company was speedy in response. Though I had a very small quantity of cards requirement, they never showed disinterest in meeting my requirements and delivered the cards in the timeline promised.
Quality of the cards is good. Speedy delivery.
Con: the cards are abit costly but it didn't matter me much since it was a small quantity and I was looking for quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Not recommended for any work. The owner is rude and bad mannered. They even decline to provide refund if they do not adhere to commitment. It seems Shop is being run by two brothers. Both talk like goons and they are very ill mannered. They even threaten customers, if they complain about their work. They do not look like businessmen be it their behaviour, talks, action, manner anything. So be alert before taking their service or giving advance. It seems they have earned this high rating through most of their known contacts because only 147 reviews are available but the shop is old. They act and behave more like local goons than businessmen. If anything goes wrong and the moment you complain about it, you may start feeling unsafe in their shop.
Note: Let's see what Google does after the owner's comment on my review. Because I have visited the shop twice in two consecutive days and Google knows my location history, navigation and all. Moreover I have reviewed many more places. This is not my first review. Google knows my profile also. So I am not their competitor. I called them also after taking number from Google Maps and I decided to visit this place after seeing the rating on Google. But this rating is fake and misleading. I do not usually review all the places I visit. But this review was essential so that no one else gets cheated by seeing their rating on Google.

You can tell they really care about each of their clients and want to provide the best experience possible. The end result far surpassed anything we could possibly have expected! The team kept us really involved in the whole design process so in the end we felt like we were a part of the finished result, which meant a lot to us. We will definitely continue to use Indera Printers for future invites and stationery. Mr.Nipun was in constant communication making sure that we liked the design, he arranged professional and cost-effective printing, and everything was deliverable well in advance of time. Perfect!
