★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 7 working days now that my package was dispatched from Mumbai via Kerry Indev and 6 working days since it is lying with their local delivery center in Kolkata. I tracked the package through the Airwaybill reference number but there's no way I can contact the courier company as they do no have any dedicated helpline number. I called the number mentioned in the company website but no one picked up my calls after repeated calling. Absolutely pathetic service.
