Just hype and a fancy outlet. We ordered a regular standard chai n it was just a usual chai which u can get for 10 rupees anywhere. I rather prefer Savera tea or anywhere in Shivaji nagar tea corners . The place was filled with bees n so much electricity was being wasted for those fancy bulbs ( absolutely unnecessary ) .

Quite a horrible experience. Ordered for ginger lemon tea that had no flavour of tea or ginger and was sour enough to put vinegar to shame. Ordered also for a paneer sandwich which came 10 minutes after I finished my tea. But fortunately it came considering that I had to remind them, it then got served to the table next to mine and after that guest particularly asked them to take it away as he hadn't ordered it, I was served. Overall the decor is fresh but at a food joint one goes for satiating the tummy and not the eyes. Good luck to the proprietor and his team. I will never return nor recommend.

Indian Chai, I believe serves tea 24×7. So you can go there anytime. I’ve somehow ended up going to IC only for my dose of midnight chai. Bangalore doesn’t have too many midnight chai or street food options, except for a few places like Shivaji Nagar. Which has a vibrant late night street food scene and the midnight chai at IC is quite a must-have after a meal at Bangalore. Over many years, I’ve never seen the taste of chai change at IC and that for me, is quite something. The food and beverage business is a people’s business and not a machine-driven one. It takes quite a bit to get the same output day-after-day and year-after-year. IC has done this flawlessly. It also does a few snacks like samosa, khajoor (a thick fried fermented dough snack that’s popular in this side of the world and is possibly called so because of it’s somewhat chewy texture). But I’ve always come here for the brilliant chai that they serve I hope that IC grows the brand and makes their wonderful midnight chai available elsewhere in Bangalore. So that more people can enjoy it May the force be with them!!

Nice , clean interior and good lighting gives it a sparkling look. Small places with a few chairs and can accommodate a dozen people comfortably. They have small snacks and biscuits depending on the time I guess. Tea prices start at ₹25( Regular) and ginger tea ₹50. Friendly staff
