★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I booked a taxi from Gurgaon to Neemrana. As per the telephonic conversation it was agreed that whatever the amount will be charged shall be provided with a proper bill. I paid advance money as a token/ confirmation. After the trip was completed driver asked to pay the remaining amount.
that lead to confusion of what's the final itemised bill.
My concern is that the company should definitely give all the detailed bill for example what's the total amount of road taxes , driver charges etc and driver shouldn't be saying that pay the remaining amount to his account. This leads to total confusion and unwanted arguments.
During the trip, the driver was giving his unwanted advices that lead to change in decision of the route which I personally feel that one should only be providing when asked. The driver was also taking bookings while driving which ideally should be avoided.
My personal experience is not so good. As what it is mentioned is not that up to the mark.
