★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst when it comes to bike transportation. I shipped my bike from delhi to bhagalpur with zero scratches and brand new condition but when i received it; i was so shocked. It was damaged so badly and was not even in condition to ride. i had to take it to service centre first to get it repaired and then take it home. Additionally i have to incur so many expenses to get it perfect again. When i informed them, they told that team will contact for compensation but there is no response and no replies.
They promised the safest and on time delivery but the bike was shipped after days of handing them over and such damaged condition. With such a very high charge this is the kind of service they give. it was a home pickup and delivery service, for which i had to do to such far office and collect it. COMPLETELY dissatisfied.
