★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited yesterday with a close friend of mine, i find this icon in between the lush of green fields with cool breeze blowing from east to west creating soothing sounds. This is multistorey building magnum ranging from 2 bhk to 4 bhk plus one servent accommodation. This includes small shopping centre having daily aminities from grocery to saloon imparting good service. Here the most important part of this icon is the centrally located club House, with swimming pool having huge area. The residents can arrange their small to big functions here very well and enjoying pool parties. Fir kids, they have tennis court and tracks to walk. Security system is very much fool proof, the visitor is allowed only when they show a secret code sent by the host. I like this by soul of my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely set up society , very peaceful and quite, all amenities local grocery shops, gym, restaurants, parking, confectionery available inside the society only.away from all the loud noise of delhi, only disadvantage as of now is no public conveyance available, you have to have your own vehicle or have to book cabs everyday.rest all is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident who bought a 4 +1 bhk apartment and shifted here a few months ago and I must admit I enjoy living here.
It is a well built gated society with reliable security measures in place. There is ample green area inside and around, to give you breathing space.
Aesthetics are decent with spectacular view from the spacious apartments and big balconies as compared to any other resident buildings on dwarka expressway.
It has got a well appointed clubhouse with facilities like gym, steam/sauna room, Squash courts, swimming pool, yoga room, card room, pool table, kids play area, community hall and a kitchen/dining area.
An open tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, skating rink and cricket pitch for net practice are also available. It also has shops for general provisions, fruits/vegetables, medicines, few property agents and salons (men & women)which are connected via intercom to cater to your daily needs.
The newly elected RWA members are doing all they can for better upkeep and maintenance of society which is visible week after week.
That being said there a few things that need improvement.
- Not a very convenient connectivity from downtown Gurugram & Delhi at the moment, which is a case with every society at this part of dwarka expressway till the time it is constructed and fully operational.
- Approach road is narrow, brick laid and not in a very good condition which needs immediate attention.
- More than a dozen harmless stray dogs in the society, though its a heaven for pets lovers.
- Mobile connectivity at some areas is low because of the high tension wires nearby.
For all the rest it's a good society with more than 700 families with people of all age brackets enjoying a peaceful, noise and pollution free life...!!!
