★ ★ ★ ★ ★ India Bulls Real Estate is a very big company in Mumbai. For such a company IndiaBulls Sierra is a small project. However, they have failed to meet the commitments given several times. I have been following up with them about the completion dates but every time a revised date is given. As usual like all other builders they also suck the money without completion of the stages. I am already stuck with a project in Pune and all these builders were badly affected by Demonetization. I liked the locality and I have been visiting the place for the last 5 years ie. since 2014. The latest commitment is December 2019. Thrice I visited the site to decide to take a flat there, but came out with disappointment after seeing the progress. The speed is dismal. Don't get trapped in such delayed projects in the name of house for investment purpose. Instead leave your money whatever you have in mutual funds and they will get you more returns than such delayed projects. As you lose time you lose interest and your life span also reduces. Had the project been completed as promised in 2014, I would have lived in it for at least 3 years. Particularly, people who have retired shall not put their superannuation funds into such projects else you would die with worry of a wrong investment.

People who have black money even after demonetization, can merrily invest into this project.

This is a good site, ( residential Home site).
Every facility is near by the site, college, school, Highway, Hotel and restaurant, sea, beach, online food service, online auto service, and tea stall. Thank you ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specifications of the contract are very general and vague. Most of the money is taken from customers even before plastering works are completed. Response to customers is poor and non committing. Always finding silly reasons for delays. Perhaps the slowest project in Vizag. Highly unprofessional team of leadership with no customer focus. Rent payment for delays in project is not adhered to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked the flat in Dec2017 and suppose to hand over by Aug2020. But till now no update on completion date & handover date, their response is will complete as soon as possible, Completely disappointed with this project.
Please let me know if any whatsapp group or any other group app for buyers of this project, let us share the updates on this project updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 Nov 2020 : Paid first installment in March 2015 and still waiting for this project to complete. IB customer care response is pathetic. Was supposedly to be handed over in 36 months. No delay compensation given as mutually agreed on stamp paper. Took housing loan to pay and 85% payment is done till date still registration pending. Interiors and fittings (tiles, kitchen and bathroom fittings, doors & handle) are of old fashioned and if customer wants to change as per their liking on their expenses is also not allowed. No sufficient electrical outlet and AC drain line is given in the house and refuses to consider the requirements on demands. All in all very poor progress and poor quality of Indiabulls property. I doubt about the promised amenities quality too which is not yet started.
My advice to all buyers not to fall pray for the name INDIABULLS builder since they don't get tired claiming international builder.
2017 : Indiabulls Sierra the gated community residential apartment located at chinnagaddili madhurwada Visakhapatnam near ITSEZ named as Cyber valley. Still in construction phase. Hope will come up with good infrastructure as promised.
