★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great academy for fitness am glad I joined here I was really very healthy around 104kg thanks for the intense training Mr.Roshan who made me look really great now am 76 with good reps I recommended some of my friends to join they're happy with the academy.. I really like the way Athletes get train I never matched em! Just wanted to Thank You Mr.Roshan and Mrs.Bindu Rani..Guys made my life:)

We have the best coaches who have won at asian games and at national level!!!
They motivate us a lot!!!
It's a dream for me to win at state and national meets and I will keep working hard and train at INDIAN ATHLETIC ACADEMY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IAA is the place if you are looking for a healthy weight reduction. Yes, willing to work in open air, wit out any gym instruments then this is the place. I basically joined this academy to get a healthy fit body. I hated gyms. I wanted to reduce naturally taking help of my body weights rather dumbbells in hand. Very much grateful to my trainers - Bindu mam and Roshan Sir. The crazy workouts suggested by them are wordless. It's been 3 months now and i still feel every work out is so new. To name a few crazy workouts - tyre workouts, sprints, variations in squats, hurdles etc etc. Wake up your sleeping souls to sweat out, you can see the real healthy you.. :). Thank you so so much IAA to show the real me. Love you IAA... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in the academy for quite sometime now. The best Coaches , Period. Roshan and Bindu are two people who know what exactly they are doing. The enthusiasm and the zeal with which they conduct the training sessions is commendable. Their love for athletics is shown in their workouts, they lead by example. A very friendly atmosphere as well. Also the workouts are precisely tailored to suit everyone's need. Personal attention given as and when required. I would any day recommend this to anybody who is aspiring to be a professional athlete , as well as to all the fitness freaks out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excell place for not only Athletes, but people from all walks of life, from a small kid to elderly. It has very big play ground, skating ring, basket ball stadium, running track, exercise equipment what not, every thing is available at one place and I should say one stop place for every citizen. Further good coaches are employed by this academy, for each sports segment. Well maintained, well managed, well taken care off place with all amenities. One of the best places in Bangalore to recon. Well connected, centrally located place in jayanagar. Appeal to everyone in this locality to make use of the facilities provided by Government and lead healthy lifestyle. Rarely people get such opportunities in this crowed wold.
