They say working hours are till 05 pm but 3:30 they shut theirs pc and make inconvenience for account holder ????

STAFF IS A BIT LAZY
THERE IS ONLY ONE GUY FOR DEPOSIT OF MONEY & WITHDRAWAL ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE ANOTHER WINDOW FOR IT BUT THEY DON'T USE IT
OVERLOAD FOR ONE GUY TO DEPOSIT AS WELL AS TO WITHDRAW

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff members are really helpful and most of them are not. Seasoned members need to brush up on the products they offer. For exaple ATM machine, for changing ATM pin from ATM machine one should not require a mobile phone and one of the manger at branch should be aware it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bank. The employees of the bank are of mixed nature i.e. helpful and unhelpful, which you will recognize eventually. Timings are from 10am to 3:30pm. But your work might be carried out even after the working hours provided you inform them on prior basis. Understanding and helpful staff. Sittings available. Passbook printing machine available. ATM machine available.
