★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banking services they are offering. Thier staff is not supportive. Every time they say , server is not working or any other issues. And not having any concrete solutions for the same. All are dumb over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Google had an option to give rating in minus, I would have chose that to rate The Indian bank, Daxini branch. The staff is extremely rude and manner less. They need to learn atleast humanitarian grounds to deal with their customers. The server doesn't work. The system doesn't work. They are not helping at all. They are internally passing on the work and keeps customer moving from here to there without any help and clarity. The great employee Vishal Parmar is the worst in terms of manners and attitude. They don't even respect elderly people even in this tough time. By requesting them correct thing with use of words like 'please' they would not listen and continue doing their internal fun work. Also, when Vishal was requested to focus on work, the application was thrown away literally.... I haven't seen this kind of worst service anywhere. This needs serious action in favor of customers and specially for elderly people. I Request Branch Manager to look into this matter ASAP and solve !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dumbest branch manager I had ever seen, he doesn't know anything, he didn't solve any queries, I don't know how he got a government job lol, I mean seriously he doesn't deserve that chair, the watchman is smarter than the bank manager. rude + 0 knowledge, I am seriously feeling sad for the Indian bank customers.
