Staff they even don't know about the etiquette of the bank. And the language they are using its like they are coming from any basti, they are eating infront of the Customer,& they are giving order to Customer wait a minute.even the assistant branch manager didn't care about this, I am also from service sector and I know how to deal with the customer.
Bank plz look after this kind of immaturity from ur staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady (one of the staffs) behaved so unprofessional and disgusting that I don't think it can be the behaviour of a staff . She was behaving like an uneducated person from a slum area.
If you don't believe me you can just go and check. I have decided to transfer my account to a other bank atleast with better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Some members of the staff behave in a very rude, indifferent and hostile manner. One lady in the staff who functions like an assistant manager is particularly rude and discurteous.
This branch was not like this a few years ago. The staff used to be good and helpful.
The management must look into the regular functioning of the branch and advise the errant lady staff member to behave properly with the customers.
Sad that a bank has such ill mannered staff.
I am a customer in the bank since 2000 but now thinking to close my account here.
In November 2021, I closed my account at this Branch of Indian Bank at Sailashree Vihar. The behaviour and conduct of the staff was appalling. The staff from the Manager downwards is indifferent, callous and clueless. It was a terrible experience even to close an account. Had to visit thrice before the account could be closed and my balance amount to be transferred.
Hope the higher management of Indian Bank looks into the functioning of this branch and takes remedial measures.
Horrible Bank.
