★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they don't open up at 10:00 am as mentioned, and second of all they refused to take my daughter's NET exam fees just because the cashier was on sick leave which was totally their responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very customer friendly bank. They have multiple hidden charges for home loan processing. They claim lower ROI and no processing fees till you start home loan process and once you are in the process will take months time to process your loan and keep throwing different charges to you. No transparency at all. And ROI turn out to be different in the end. By that time you have no choice but continue in the same bank.
