★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't respond to complaints, don't answer asked queries properly, don't reply to emails and hold funds for weeks after FD matures. They transfer funds to ODD account and ask to come to branch for everything, don't like online and internet based way of working, very old school.
Really frustrating and uninterested staff who don't care about customer and very slow.
