β β β β β This place is a time capsule still working in the heart of Mall Road. Their mutton cutlet ans omlette are too die for. And the staff is extremely cordial. Having a meal here is like dining in a time machine. Do checkout the extremely old posters on the walls. And while you're sipping your coffee, don't forget to marvel at the old yet legendary uniform of the serving staff.

β β β β β Good South Indian cafΓ© carrying the retro style and authentic taste.
1. Food: 4/5
Food is of good quality. Portion size is good. South Indian food especially dosa has authentic Tamil taste. They serve the special filter coffee.
2. Ambience: 3/5
It is located at Shimla's most happening place, Mall road. This place doesn't have valley view. The walls and dining area appear to be very old but that too has its own retro style. Cleanliness is maintained.
3. Service: 4/5
Staff is polite, courteous and well informed about the menu items. Service is quick, it took them less than 15 minutes to serve whatever we ordered even when the place was crowded.

β β β β β We had visited last week there , we had Masala Dosa and Uttapam which taste normal and sambar along with it is worst in taste , it's so so bad i don't have words for it , and i had mutton cutlet which taste good , we had noodles also it tastes is also ok ok, overall experience is average which doesn't suit Indian coffee house status , infact i have visited Indian coffee house of bhopal previous month - there everything is superb from food taste to staff behaviour..Shimla coffee house should learn few things like Good quality food, behaviour & time management.

β β β β β Overall it's a nice cozy place with a retro feel. The food is good except they should increase mutton keema quantity in their mutton cutlets. It felt more like a veg cutlet.

β β β β β The place is a nice place to eat healthy snacks. The coffee here is very good. You can get strong coffee too. The dosa and burgers here are also very tasty. The sauce that they provide along with the burgers has a mouth watering taste.
A very good place to come with family too. The ambience is very homely and the food really tasty.
