If you're looking for the best BJJ in Bangalore, Icsa is definitely the place to go. Head coach,Jitesh, extremely experienced, is open minded, world widely renowned, extra friendly, very welcoming and pays great attention to details. There are other trainer and pro fighters like who tend to be younger, rising stars grapplers, always professional and passionate. The trainers and workouts for the MMA classes and kick boxing classes are really good. You get pads, bag work, sparring, clinching and drilling technique.High level training partners and very strong sparing rounds every session. There are the group and one on one training sessions available. If you're new, best to get one personal training lessons to get the moves down pat.

I've just finished a month training at ICSA and I was very pleased with the quality of MMA trainings there. I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first time training in Bengaluru. The training takes place 2x a day and you can add to this the BJJ class and kick boxing class as well for the complete package. (excellent trainers btw) Showed up on my first day training a little bit stressed and worried about my cardio and skills level, didn't want to be a pain for others, but I quickly discovered that I needed not ! Classes are for all levels, Trainers pay attention to everyone of us and do correct your techniques or positioning or movements. The good thing about training with better fighters is that they push you to do more, to do better, to do longer ! Met some really nice people there that definitely helped me to improve and gave me loads of good advices on fighting techniques. Trainers are all nice, fun, AND professionnal ! Very welcoming, they won't laugh at you if you are unskilled, and won't let you rest before you are done training ! A general good experience, will definitely recommend this place.

I trained MMA there in 2018-19. Had a wonderful time. Lots to learn from the highly skilled and hard-working coaches (mix of professional and amateur fighters who fight competitively), the students too are very dedicated. The trainings make you sweat like no other workout. Moved to the US and I now take virtual personal training from coach Suraj. He pushes me to do my best.

Answer-It was the november rains month when i first landed in bangalore and having been an ardent follower of Bellator and UFC, practicing the sport felt like stepping out of my comfort zone. I enter the bannerghata branch of Indian combat sports academy and sit by to experience their teaching method and program and the only voice i could ever hear in my head is "Yaar. Ye mujhe seekhna hai. I want to learn this." as i sat back and adored this tall kid getting a sweet hook connected to his face. I met the head coach there - Jitesh banjan , and told him about my aspirations and how the sport has fascinated me since childhood and that me being 29 and watching kids being masters at the sport, made me want to go back in time. All he told me was to be regular for 21 days and once we clear that phase we'll speak about how the sport will change my life. The winter mornings, the toofaan songs, The beast southpaw alarm sound, used everything in my bag to make it the club every morning for 21 straight days. Tell you what? My life has changed. In these 4 months ive had to shift places from BTM to RR nagar, but the habit became such a lifestyle that i wake up early morning and be the first one to the training. No days off. Thats the kind of emotional connect i have had with ICSA. The best in the world precisely.

Great gym for absolute beginners as well as Professional fighters. Had a great couple months training in ICSA. The Instructors are all incredibly talented and will help you reach your desired goals. Great coaching from Sonu Singh, he was approachable and very helpful with a newbie like me. Good vibes all round will definitely come back.
