★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional attitude. Utter waste of Money! We booked home inspection service through them , 2 people (1senior engg and 1 junior engg) visited our site, we showed them all the issues that we noticed there (mainly included seepage related). We were hoping a solution from them as they charged us 10k for inspection but they just shared a pdf report highlighting the issues which we already knew, that too via whatsapp. They never bothered to call us or explain the problem or its solution in detail, also there was nothing new or technical in report. It has same issues which we already knew, they didn't check slopes, neither inspected any aspects of electrical / plumbing lines etc. We had to re-do the home inspection via other agencies.
