★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got really excited when we found this company, and started off on a very good note. They were very accommodating at first, until we started having problems. We were promised superior quality and guaranteed that they will be produced within our timeframe. Unfortunately, 50% of our bags cannot be sold as they are damaged and instead of replacing them, they have just been ignoring us. This is not what we expected AT ALL. They kept reassuring us that the quality is better than previous suppliers we had. They guaranteed that any products that were damaged, would be replaced (free of charge), this obviously did not happen, we also wasted money on customs and shipping, for products which we cannot sell. We asked them to prepare a sample of each product, which we had many problems with, basic problems that we didn't expect from experienced craftsmen. Luckily, we requested that they send one of each colour in each design, before producing the rest of the bags. These were meant to be the final products. As soon as we tested them out, we were SHOCKED, the bags got scratched around the holes of the belt and the belt got scratched after just one use. The logo was terribly embossed, in some cases it wasn't even straight. We planned to have all our products ready to showcase them at a market. Unfortunately we were left with no stock for the market. We are EXTREMELY disappointed with their service, and we are stuck with half a collection that we cannot sell. It isn't just one issue, it's multiple and proves that they didn't have experienced enough workers, working on our products. They get scratched very easily, they weren't cut properly, stitching is untidy, there are dents on some bags even after we told them to package them properly etc.. We have wasted so much money, and I hate to leave a bad review but they left with my no choice. The photos speak for themselves, note that these are all different products and it's not even all of them!! I am writing this review to warn people, they easily rope you in but we wasted so much time and money to try to perfect the product, but as you can see they're no where close to perfect.
