★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I have booked for tranfer of my house hold luggage from Navi Mumbai to Dhar, MP, they never on time for pick also short with labour, even after surveys they didnt pick my all luggage on same day thats another problem, their manager was very rude and they even dont try to pick your phone, i paid all amount in advance, i didnt get my luggage on time and also not in good condition, and 4 star given by kiran kumar above in owner of this company, also another someone maurya is elso with comopany so dont belive whatever they say, dont go with this type of rubbish and unprofessional people, i dont want to give one star they dont deserve it but google dont allow me to give zero or negative star.

Guy called Shivam, who's turns out to be the manager here guaranteed to deliver my scooty from Mumbai to Bangalore in 3-4 days and when after 4 days I started taking follow up calls, he replied "You are the worst customer I have got who has no patience, I won't deliver your scooty do whatever you want go and complaint wherever you want". I felt so helpless , manager himself saying this, what is the innocent customer who has already paid fully in advance gonna do anyway right? Please help me if someone knows how I can take any action against these people. And DO NOT OPT FOR INDIAN LOGISTICS!
