★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is too rude. They even don't know how to behave with a person. If you asking for complaint book they will say there is no complaint book or the complain book was locked by the authorized person.
Advise to pump owner at least provide a complaint book or suggestion box at petrol pump so that anyone can directly complain to you against your employees.
