Best petrol pump is this, if you need emergency of petrol then you may can check out this place, if you are traveling from Ranaghat or payradanga or if somewhere from distance then you can oviously go for it no doudt you can easily avil your demanded petrol just over here !!!!

The behaviour & mindset of present staffs and present management/operators have just ruined their yesteryear's hard earned Goodwill !!!....More than last 7 years I am using this fuelling station for my two wheeler. Although there is a HP fuelling station approximately 250 meters away only, I always preferred this because of prevailing Goodwill of IOC. This petrol pump has a positive point and that is the availability of IOC's Xtra Premium petrol . But , over the time , the staffs have exploited this positive point into a worst, rude and shameless business practice (obviously due to management directive & back support). Earlier the staffs dispensed the petrol according to customer's demand whether normal petrol or Xtra Premium. But, for last 3 years around they always fill the 2 wheelers with much costlier Xtra Premium petrol only. Forget about taking permission for the same, they don't even bother to inform the matter to customer. If any customer raise any query about this for high price ,they just insult them with rude ignorance and keep mum. Their attitude is like this - if you don't want to take Xtra Premium then get lost from here !! Many a times, I demaned for normal petrol, but they always just bluntly told me that not available. Their behaviour very much rude . Hearing non availability of normal petrol, in front of me, many bikers left the place without refill. As a result ,they go to next HP petrol pump. In last two years, this petrol pump never offered me normal petrol. I refill my two wheeler 2/3 times every week. So, I was also bound to shift at HP petrol pump. But this very same petrol pump offer normal petrol to four wheelers. For this,they maintain different filling point for two wheelers and four wheelers. As a result, from the deeds of the staffs and management, image of IOC is getting tainted . ...SHAME ON THEM !!! ???

Bad service of additional system .as it as water service,air services, dusty toilet......aslo pump employees behaviour is not good .......

Good petrol pump. Petrol not available all the time and very busy station.

We are finding for fuel at midnight for emergency telecom services at NH12, google maps suggested this pump as nearest pump but when we visit this pump the pump attended sleepy in duty time & behaves rudely and refuse to sell fuel.. My car running in reserve mode to find another pump and if car stops in half way to next pump we will be in big trouble. Worst customer service I had ever seen in life.
