★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share a very unfortunate experience of opening my account in this bank . I opened my account on 18th august 2016. On 30th September my debit card ( which i got with utmost difficulty) got sucked in their ATM machine. The officials said that i will get it back in a week or so as this happens . Then after 2 weeks they advised me to apply for a new debit card . I did that as well , since then after innumerable trips to this bank there is still no sign of my new debit card plus they gave a toll free helpline number which doesnt even connect .. So beware if you are about to open your account in this bank as the staff
themselves don't know how and when things will be done. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provided by bank. I was go to janakpuri branch on Saturday for update my new number in my saving account. The employee told me the number will update today. Still after 3 days I am waiting for updat my new mobile number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have opened a senior citizen saving account in this branch. Quarterly interest never gets credited to my account. Each time I have to pursue it personally by visiting the branch. Some times the delay runs into months which is not only a financial loss but a cause lot mental stress to a senior citizen.
