★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem with the staff Sector29 noida.misbehave with the customer very bd experience with me in particular by the lady in charge with Aman of 73 yrs old.my a/c my money but could not withdraw .like to have response. Can explain in person every thing including sign were in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Manisha, (she denied to give her complete name) working as Assistant Manager (as confirmed by her) is really rude. I was there for chq deposit and she asked me to put it in dropbox. I was reluctant to do that coz one of my chq has already been misplaced from the same dropbox last year. I explained this to her but she was rude enough to shout and say that in this branch chqs are deposited only through dropbox. I haven't faced such rude behavior here ever so I would have rated it 4 but this -1 is for Ms. Manisha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ATM that I have ever seen in my life. Occupying space unnecessarily. What's the point in having this ATM when it is either down because of server issue or out of cash. I have tried this ATM almost once each week, different days and it is always out of money! Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. Also, this ATM is powered by the best service public sector bank in India. INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK. The bank itself lacks the courteous staff, back end service, network, other bank related services.
