★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This One star is not for bank. It's for bank staff . One star people , specially man sitting on the last table who seems like peon and the manager .Need to work hard guys and improve the capability to talk with customers.
Poor rating for staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing I want tell Its not a Bank its a Godown. When you entered in this bank you can see everywhere wooden cartoons. I was go there becuase of my sister's salry account there.
And the 2nd thing which is most important to a customers. Every Lady* in this bank shows that these are busy in thier work so they dont have much time to listen your problems. They passes you from one emloyee to another employee like you are a football. For a single ATM Problem they said "1 bje aana" I am busy in clearence work. When I told him that I If you said so I can can wait for 15-20 mins but I cannot come at 1'o clock becuase I am taking a half day leave from my company. But she don't listen a word.
3rd thing when I reached to the Bank Manager, She* has told me to request that lady. I also told him I already said that I can wait for 15-20 min but she said "1 bje aana". Manager said you can only request that lady othervise you have no option.
They have no value of two people's timing when each person is taking half day leave from their work. At last I can say that this is the way on that they works.
